When and where to do an internship in France?
You can do an internship in France at any time of the year, for a duration of your choice, ranging from 2 to 6 months. Please make sure to register early enough to secure your placement for the dates you are interested in. Our internships are mainly located in Paris and on the French Riviera (South of France).

Who can participate?
This program is open to candidates with the following profile:
- Aged 18 to 30.
- Available for 2 to 6 months.
- Minimum B1/B2 level of French proficiency or willing to take French classes.
- Student status.

Prepare your budget
Internship in France
Program fees
- Supplement for a paid internship min. 600 € per month: 250 €.
- Supplement to help issuing your visa (Non-EU citizens): 495 €.

- Program fees to be paid in 3 steps:
- Deposit of €150 before the interview, refunded in case your application will not be accepted (excluding €75 administrative fee).
- 50% of the remaining fees charged when starting the search and balanced at placement confirmation stage (please see guidelines below).
- Internships in France are paid for a minimum duration of 3 months.
- Our internships abroad are 100% guaranteed. We only accept candidates we can place. We’ll actively look for a company to find your internship as quick as possible. You do not need to apply to hundreds of offers as we contact companies on your behalf. That’s why we can offer you to refund your fees back in case no interview will be organised (see conditions to download below, excluding application fees).
- Please note that additional fees will be charged for last minute registration (see conditions below).
Global budget
Here some information about additional budged needed to make an internship in France:
- Flight: From 300 to 1500 € on average depending on your departure.
- Insurance: from 50 € per month.
- Accommodation: for candidates with no accommodation offered by hotel, please prepare a budget of 35 to 40 € per night (4 to 12 weeks to be paid in advance + 1 month deposit refunded at the end of your stay in France).
- Accommodation booking fees : 80 €.
- Visa : from 400 €.
- French classes : prices depend on schools (mandatory if your level of French is under B2).
- Convert currencies on xe.com.
