When and where to start your internship in London?
You can make your internship in London at any time of the year, for a duration of 4 to 24 weeks. Placements lasting more than 6 weeks require obtaining a visa (please register in advance as 3 months are required for the visa process.
We can also organise your internship in London during the summer.

- Available for 1 to 6 months.
- Minimum B1/B2 level of English proficiency or willing to take English classes.
- Able to proof enough financial resources to get your visa.
- Positive attitude, dynamic, and able to adapt to a new professional environment abroad.

Retail volunteer placements
Profile requested
- Minimum 18 years old.
- European Citizen.
- Valid passport.
- Minimum B1/B2 level of English proficiency or willing to take English classes.
Placement conditions
- Practice english while interacting with customers. These are volunteer (unpaid) work placement within charity shops: customer assistance, stocking shelves, help with organisation, etc.
- Duration: 4 to 6 weeks.
- No visa for EU citizens.
Program fees
- Online registration below:
- Program fees to be paid in 3 steps:
- Deposit of €150 before the interview, refunded in case your application will not be accepted (excluding €75 admin. fee).
- 50% of the remaining fees charged when starting the search and balanced at placement confirmation stage (please see guidelines below).
Special sector volunteer placements
Profile requested
- Minimum 18 years old.
- European Citizen.
- Valid passport.
- Minimum B1/B2 level of English proficiency or willing to take English classes.
- Education linked to the field requested.
Placement conditions
- Get a volunteer placement in a registered association in London in the field of your choice: marketing, sales, organisation of events …
- Duration: 4 to 6 weeks.
- No visa for EU citizens.

Professional internships in London
Profile requested
- Registration min. 6 months in advance for visa reasons.
- Student or young graduate.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Valid passport.
- Minimum B2/C1 level of English level.
- Education and experience linked to the field requested.
- Eligible to a GAE visa, asking for a proof of minimum 1270 £, a certificate of english (min. 6.0) and insurance including a minimum of 100.000 $ of guarantees.
Placement conditions
- Get an internship placement in the field of your choice: marketing, communication, finance …
- Duration: 4 to 24 weeks.
- Visa requested.
- Please apply with additional delay of at least 3 months for this program.
Program fees
- Program fees to be paid in 3 steps:
- Deposit of €150 before the interview, refunded in case your application will not be accepted (excluding €75 administrative fee).
- 50% of the remaining fees charged when starting the search and 50% remaining balance at placement confirmation stage (please see guidelines below).
- Supplement for a paid internship: 495 € (register in advance: min. 6 months – min. experience: 6 months – min. availability: 6 months – level of english requested: C2).
- Additional fees linked to your visa and sponsorship.
Global budget in London
Cost of visa
These fees are imposed by British law:
- Mandatory sponsorship request: €1450.
- Employer visit: £120 (approx. 140€).
- Visa fees: approx. €350.
- ISH (for health) to be paid to British gov. : £630 (approx. 730€).
- Totaling approximately €2700 (excluding insurance, proof of financial resources, program and housing fees).

- The official sponsor will verify the quality of your application before initiating the process in order to give you all chances to get your visa. However, in case of refusal, placement fees will not be refunded.

Here some information about additional budged needed to make an internship in London:
- Flight: From 300 to 1500 € on average depending on your departure.
- Insurance: from 50 € per month.
- Accommodation: from £ 280 / week (to be paid in advance, zone 3-5).
- + £ 40 per week during summer time.
- Accommodation booking fee: £100.
- Please note that additional fees will be charged for last minute registration (see conditions below).
